Abu Dhabi · IT infrastructure

Infrastructure that works as one.

We specify the hardware, pull the cable, terminate the fibre, harden the network and stay on the contract long after handover. Every layer from one partner, and one team answerable for the result.

The proposition

One partner. Every layer. One accountable outcome.

Infrastructure rarely fails in the middle of a discipline. It fails at the joins between the cabling contractor, the hardware reseller, the security integrator and whoever is left holding the support ticket. UBM removes the joins.

Four outcomes, one contract

  1. 01

    Build

    Hardware and business platforms

  2. 02

    Connect

    Active and passive networks

  3. 03

    Secure

    Physical and logical protection

  4. 04

    Evolve

    AI and managed improvement

The physical layer

What “one partner” looks like on site.

Five stages between an empty slab and a live estate. We own all five.

  1. Stage 01 · Survey

    It starts on the drawings.

Before anything is ordered we mark the comms room, the riser and every outlet against the architect’s plate, then agree containment routes with the MEP contractor while the walls are still open. Decisions made here cost nothing; the same decisions made later cost a ceiling.

  2. Stage 02 · Containment

    Trays, risers, separation.

Ladder tray on threaded rod, power and data separated to the standard, bend radius respected at every turn and pull tension kept inside spec. Cable that is installed properly the first time is never re-pulled.

  3. Stage 03 · Rack build

A rack is a plan, not a pile.

The 42U elevation is drawn before a single cage nut goes in: switching and patching at the top where the copper lands, servers and storage in the middle, UPS and PDU at the bottom where the weight belongs. Airflow front to back, no exceptions.

  4. Stage 04 · Termination

Every port tested. Every port labelled.

Copper terminated on keystone, fibre on LC, each permanent link swept and certified against the channel it has to carry. The test results, the port schedule and the as-built drawings are handed over with the keys.

  5. Stage 05 · Live

Then it has to stay up.

Uplinks come up, monitoring adopts the estate, and the engineers who built it are the ones who answer the phone. That is where the lifecycle service begins, not where the project ends.

Proof

The shape of the company.

Not a growth chart. The four numbers that describe how UBM is actually put together.

  • 06 Integrated solution domains
  • 11 Departments behind the delivery
  • 06 Service lifecycle stages
  • 01 Accountable relationship

Read this way: six domains, staffed by eleven departments, delivered through six lifecycle stages, sold as one relationship.

Industries

Where the work happens.

  1. 01

    Government & public sector

Environments where procurement, documentation and security posture are inspected, not assumed.

  2. 02

    Education

Campus networks and labs that survive a thousand devices arriving on the same morning.

  3. 03

    Hospitality

Guest-facing systems where downtime is visible to a paying customer within minutes.

  4. 04

    Real estate & facilities

Buildings handed over on a deadline, with cabling, CCTV and access built in from the drawings.

  5. 05

    Commercial enterprise

Growing organisations that need one team accountable instead of five vendors negotiating.

Service lifecycle

Six stages. The same team at every one.

From the first survey to the day a server is wiped and recycled, no handover to a support partner who was not in the room during design. The people who scoped it, built it and tested it are the people who keep it running.

  1. 01

    Planning

Assess the environment, agree the outcome, sequence the work.

  2. 02

    Procurement

Specify, source and supply against a committed delivery date.

  3. 03

    Deployment

Install, configure, test and hand over with the documentation.

  4. 04

    Operation

Run it day to day, resolve faults, protect user productivity.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

Patch, monitor, verify backups, keep the estate current.

  6. 06

    Disposal

Retire assets safely: data wiped, records closed, hardware recycled.

Governance across every stage: Scope · Documentation · Safety · Security · Quality · Service performance

How the delivery model works

People

The people who show up.

Eleven departments, one delivery chain. These are some of the people you will meet on site, not a stock library.

Working languages

  • Arabic
  • English
  • Filipino
  • Urdu
  • Hindi
  • Malayalam

A UAE site is not run in one language. Scope, drawings and reporting happen in Arabic and English; the floor itself also runs in Filipino, Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam. Our engineers cover all six, so an instruction to a contractor, a handover to a facilities team and a walkthrough with the people who use the room every day do not need an interpreter standing between them.

The team page is being drawn.

Every person at UBM is being illustrated as a line-art character with a name, a department and one thing they are unreasonably good at. Until that is finished, talk to us directly.
